SUNRISE-6G Project Showcases 6G Innovation at IEEE CAMAD 2024
Last week, the SUNRISE-6G project participated in the IEEE CAMAD 2024 event in Athens, Greece, engaging with global leaders in communications and networking.
This year’s IEEE CAMAD brought together experts and researchers to share insights on the future of connectivity, and SUNRISE-6G was proud to be part of this dynamic gathering.
SUNRISE-6G led two special sessions during the event:
- Session 5: Federation of 6G Infrastructures & Experimentation Facilities in a “Network of Networks” – 1
- Session 11: Federation of 6G Infrastructures & Experimentation Facilities in a “Network of Networks” – 2
Across these sessions, the SUNRISE-6G team presented 10 research papers addressing key advancements in 6G technology, from infrastructure federation to real-world experimentation.
IEEE CAMAD 2024 was an invaluable event for the SUNRISE-6G consortium to exchange knowledge, connect with fellow researchers, and discuss the exciting path of 6G. Through these sessions, presentations, and the live demo, SUNRISE-6G reinforced its commitment to advancing 6G research and building a collaborative ecosystem for next-generation networks.
