SUNRISE‑6G Inspires the Vocational High School of Aigio at CEID, University of Patras!
Yesterday, the SUNRISE‑6G team at SMARTECH ATHENA/ISI had the pleasure of hosting students from the Vocational High School of Aigio at the CEID: Computer Engineering and Informatics Department, at University of Patras.
It was a fantastic opportunity to meet young minds interested in Computer Science and discuss the future of technology. Their curiosity and enthusiasm showed that the next generation is ready to actively shape the digital world.
During the visit, students explored our research on next-generation networks and Artificial Intelligence, experienced an interactive VR application, and saw firsthand how SUNRISE‑6G innovations are enabling new possibilities in communications and computing.
Initiatives like this allow us to bring students closer to research and innovation, inspiring them to explore the opportunities that modern computing and networks offer.
